I know this post is a bit behind schedule however, I really wanted to showcase the custom button packs we did for GoMedia. It was for their “Weapons of Mass Creation” event back in May. We’ve worked closely with GoMedia over the past 4 years and were thrilled when we had the opportunity to help them create their custom button pack.
Below you’ll notice (2) of the buttons have a metallic look to them. These are what we in the “button world” call metallic acetate buttons. We produced (5) collectable “Weapons of Mass Creation” 1.25″ buttons and did a matching limited edition PureButtons acetate button to go along with the pack.
Great work guys! The ideas are already flowing for next years event!!

We’ve been doing a lot of fulfillment orders for our button packaging jobs. Below you’ll see a few photos highlighting some of the services we are currently working on.
We completed 4 x 1.5″ Round Custom Button Packs with a customer header bag and included price tickets on all of the button packs. We also went ahead and bagged a group of (6) button packs and labeled each pack. After we did that we then needed to box a certain number of packs per box and put labels in specific locations.
View the photos below to see the steps.
Bagging button packs in groups of (6) then labeling each grouped bag.
Price ticketing button packs after bagging them. Getting them ready for retail.
Boxing button packs to customers requirements.
These are just a few things we can do for you and your company to help make your lives easier. If you are looking for something completely custom please let us know.

Notice on the backside of the card that there are (2) die cut holes that hold the pin. This keeps your buttons from falling off the card. No matter how hard you shake or pull, our buttons stay put!
Pictured above is our single 1 x 3″ Round Custom Button Packs
“How do your buttons stay attached to your backer cards?” It’s really quite simple! All of our backer cards (except for our 1″ packaging option) are completely die cut. We do this in house on our new die cutter set up specifically for our button packaging jobs.
We do NOT use glue dots to hold our buttons to the backer cards. We have custom dies made to cut every standard packaging job we offer. This helps us keep our costs down. We no longer have to hire multiple people to do packaging assemblies. Instead, this can now be a one man job which keeps our packaging costs lower than the competition.

Here is a recent order from another button packaging customer of ours. These button packs have a UPC barcode in the upper left, pricing on the upper right and our standard sombrero hat hang hole in the top center of the 4″ x 6″ backer card.
These button packs are ready to be sold!

I just opened the mail today and found a few samples of some great looking packaging! We provided the Custom Button Mirror and they did designed the Custom Button Packaging. This packaging is for a single button mirror which contains (1) 2.25″ Round Pocket Mirror and a small velvet bag to store the mirror in. Great idea! If you notice on the back side of the packaging there is a die cut hole to show off the mirror.
In this photo: 2.25″ Round Mirror Button w/ a velvet bag and die cut 24pt card stock to create this button pack.
Complete ready for retail Mirror Packaging.
