We’re so happy to announce that guest checkout is now available at Pure Buttons.
What does this mean? Quite simply, when ordering there is no need to create an account or provide a password.
Just checkout and we’ll take it from there. You’ll still receive your receipt email and you can track your order status at our new Order Lookup page. Otherwise there is nothing else to manage as a guest.
What are the benefits of guest checkout?
1. No need to remember a password or manage an account Check out and that’s it!
2. No marketing emails. We will never contact guests with marketing messages including reorder reminders, sales or coupons.
Many customers prefer the more anonymous guest checkout experience, and if that’s you, you’re in luck!
However there are still more benefits of registering an account at Pure Buttons.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
1. Order History You can easily track your order history, the status of orders in production and reorder products when you run out.
2. Easy Reorders Since you can review your order history as a logged in user, everything is at your fingertips for easy reorders. As a guest user you’ll need to pull up a specific order with our order lookup tool to access reorder functionality, or contact customer service to help pull up your past guest order.
3. Saved Shipping and Billing Addresses When you have an account at Pure Buttons we save your shipping and billing addresses (not payment information) to make checkout faster. This lets you step through checkout faster than when entering information for the first time as a guest. We allow you to save multiple shipping addresses for customers who drop ship our products to a variety of locations.
4. Save Gift Cards Gift cards whether purchased on our website or credited to you by customer service can be saved to your account and are automatically presented as a payment option when checking out logged in as a registered user.
